Making some homebrew beer for the first time in nearly a year. Looking forward to some homemade beer in time for Christmas. #homebrewing
@wion I mostly just use kits as a base, and then add my own additions (extra hops, sometimes fruit, etc). It's an easy hobby to get started in, but can also be as involved and complicated as you want it to be, which is nice. I don't really have time to mill my own grains, for example, so I use the kits to remove that labour from my process.
That fruit mash recipe looks pretty simple and probably packs a punch!
The "sugar wine" at the end would probably knock you on your ass!
