I'm great at waiting to the last minute to buy semi-arbitrary gifts so...what's a good "wood" gift for a 5th wedding anniversary? I need it before Friday, so ideally it would be something I can buy in a bricks-and-mortar store rather than online.
@ink_slinger A set of wooden spoons or a wooden bowl.
@ink_slinger A nice cutting board is always a nice gift if you are giving it to someone that cooks. Or alternatively, a pair of ukuleles is certain to be a hit.
@ink_slinger good wood for anniversary eh? My first thought is neither literal nor appropriate for a general audience ๐
Maybe they have something nice at Ten Thousand Villages. They had some nice handcrafted wood toys when I was there awhile back.
But I'm not sure if your spouse is into toys...and my train of thought just derailed again ๐
@msh Haha. You're not the only one to make that type of comment.
Ten Thousand Villages is a good idea, though. They have a lot of unique, handcrafted wooden things.
@ink_slinger A wooden pen set? More likely found at a local shop than a big box store.
@ink_slinger Wine bottle holder or nice cutting board, maybe?
