Have we seen a strategy like this before in Canadian politics? Wynne has admitted defeat efore the election and is now urging Ontarians to elect as many Liberal MPPs as possible to ensure whoever wins has a minority government.
@Modern_Industrial Probably more "vote for us so we can hold the balance of power in a minority government," but that's arguably the same thing, since the threat in such a situation is always that they can take down the government if they withdraw their support.
