I’m very concerned about provinces creating “new classes of criminals” by over-legislating and over-regulating cannabis. Real legalization should mean decriminalizing drugs completely, and making cannabis use, and other drug use, a choice about the body which is up to the users.

The cool thing about Mastodon is it doesn't have to destroy or even take much of a bite out of Twitter and Facebook. That's what all the tech press misses because they're steeped in world-eating software.
All Mastodon has to do is stay afloat while capitalism runs its course and leaves people wanting something else once Facebook and Twitter collapse.
The biggest instances are already funded. Outreach and usability is improving. All that's needed now is a bigger, more active development community.

@cobra2 Frankly, it never occurred to me to smoke garlic! Yes, I tend to use fresh. Press some and slice others. I like to have both in the chili.

The venue is just new to you, that's all. You will get used to it. This is a very good way to see what people like and what kind of market you have for the kinds of art that you create.
